She was loved and cherished by many people including : her father Chinese; her husband Shao-Pong Chen; her children, Virginia, Frank Shu, Wei-Yin William and Tsuei-Ju Tracy Chen; her grandchildren, Aimee Shu, Tarek El-Sawy, Beatrice Shu and Jonathan Regenstein; and her great grandchildren, Finn, Olivia, Keane, Roxanne and Eloisa. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
