He is survived by: his parents, Paul Jenkins and Wanda Jenkins; his wife Ulla; his daughter Whitney; his stepchildren, Jimmy, Jerry and Mikael; his siblings, Diane, Susan and Craig; and his grandchildren, Sebastian, Annika, Kierstin and Konrad. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), a cause that was very close to his heart.
