He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mills Mallett; his children, Russell B. Mallett, III (Ruth), John C. Mallett (Tricia), David M. Mallett (Rhea) and Kathy Mallett; and his sister Barbara Dick. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
