She was predeceased by: her husband John Dubivsky; and her siblings, William, Joseph, George and Ann.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark Dubivsky (Angela) of Somerset, N. J. and Todd Dubivsky of Bayonne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothy's remembrance to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 30 E. 25th St. Bayonne, N.J. 07002.
