She was predeceased by: her husband Walter John Shostak; her parents, Walter Maciorowski and Sophie Maciorowski; and her siblings, Walter Maciorowski, Thaddeus Maciorowski and Dolores Mullin.

She is survived by: her children, Walter Shostak, Mark Shostak and Catherine (Kevin Kissane); her grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew (Brianna), David Shostak, Mary, Luke and Liam Kissane; and her great grandchild Gia Shostak.
