He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hege Wollen; his daughter Kelly Clause (Jason Beck); his siblings, Edwin Wollen (Colette) and Mary Spolnick (Edward); his grandson Kevin Clause; his stepchildren, Ryan Forney (Yolanda) and Tara Apgar (Jim); his grandchildren, Angelina, Alexa Forney, James, Colin and Anna Apgar; and his great grandchildren, Avacyn and Godric Clause.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ocean County Humane Society, Saint Barnabas Catholic Church in Bayville, or the Alzheimer's Association.
