She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F Carbone; and her sister Jennie Gazzillo. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Terese Violaris M. D of Nelanne Hess, RN and Laurie Jean Sullivan; and her grandchildren, Joseph Violaris MD, Alexa, Ryan of Kevin Hess, D. O. and Diana.

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, envelopes will be offered at the funeral home.
