It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Karen L. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Siddons and Marguerite Siddons Sr.; and her siblings, Edward Siddons Jr., Raymond Siddons, Steven Siddons and Joann Siddons.

She is survived by: her husband Leonard Jakubczak; her daughter Jill Vecchio; her stepchildren, Kristine Jakubczak and Jason Jakubczak; and her siblings, Richard Siddons Sr., Robert Siddons Sr., James Siddons Sr., Michael Siddons Sr. and Kathy Siddons. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
