He was predeceased by: his parent Elaine Welter (Hanneman). He is survived by: his parent George Lewchuk of Bedminster, NJ; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Michelle Dolinski and Michael Lewchuk; his siblings, Lori Ann Lewchuk, Scott Lewchuk and Keith Lewchuk; and his grandson Joseph Dolinski.
