It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Hughes (Bedminster, New Jersey), born in Bayonne, New Jersey, who passed away on May 28, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her daughters, Diane and Donna; her husband Winston Hughes; her grandson Winston Linwood Lewis Latta of Anguilla, BWI; her siblings, Vance Hagins and Carolyn Brown; and also, South Brunswick, Spring Hills-Somerset Assisted, Diane Hughes of Lawrenceville, NJ, Donna Hughes of Bedminster and Bonnie Richardson Lake of Anguilla, BWI. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
