With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rosemary Petersen of Belford, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, whose life came to an end on July 25, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Petersen and Ann B. Petersen; and her siblings, Charlotte DiReda and John Petersen. She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Petersen of Belford and Eileen DiPietro of Atlantic Highlands; and her siblings' children, Christopher DiReda, John DiPietro, Guy DiPietro, Dominick DiReda, Jeffrey DiPietro, John Petersen, Laura Krueger, Christine Leach, Michele Ryder, Jennifer Heaton and Stephanie Petersen. She is also survived by many great nephews, great nieces, and her great-great nephew and great-great niece.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home (115 Tindall Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mary Mother of God Church (19 Cherry Tree Farm Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748).
