Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ismael leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by : his children, Tony, Bianca, Nicholas and Alexa; his parents, Maria Irizarry and Ismael Irizarry; his sisters, Nancy, Evelyn and Wendy Irizarry; and his granddaughter Callie Irizarry.
