She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert J. O'Connor Sr. and Kathryn Donohue O'Connor; and her siblings, Kathryn O'Connor, Marguerite Szkolnicki and Herbert O'Connor.

She is survived by: her spouse Deacon William J. Rumaker Sr.; her children, William J. Jr (Theresa), John (Victoria), Thomas (Diane), Patrick (Charles) and Matthew Rumaker (Kimberly); her grandchildren, John, Daniel, Billy (Colleen), Justine, Alicia, Molly and Christopher; and her great grandchild Kaylee Rose.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marie's memory may be made to the Pitman Panthers Marching Band Assn., 225 Linden Avenue, Pitman, NJ 08071.
