She was predeceased by: her parent John R. Sr. She is survived by: her parent Helen G. Levins, Sr.; and her siblings, John R. Levins, Jr. (Patricia), Kathleen O'Malley (Edward) and Kurt Levins (Ann). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's memory to Bayada Hospice, 603 N Broad St #301, Woodbury, NJ 08096.
