He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Margaret Reilly of Dublin, Brian K. Byrne (Noreen) of Crestwood, N. Y., Patrick Joseph Byrne of Belmar, N. J., Deirdre Farawell (Jim) of Edison, N. J. and Denise Vira (Andrej) of Parlin, N. J.; his brother Edward Byrne (Daisy) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Vicki, Emma, Rebecca, Meagan, Sean, Deirdre, Matilda and Ailis. He is also survived by six siblings and numerous canine companions.
