He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Cooper and Dorothy Mooney; his wife Judith A. Tarenc Cooper; and his brother Ronald Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Karen Stanek (Tommy), Debra Hammond and Matthew Cooper (Caren); his grandchildren, Kate Stanek, Makenzie and Julia Cooper; and his siblings, Bertram Cooper and Jeanne Perelli.
