She is survived by: her daughter Gionna Marie; her parents, Betty Underwood (Don) and Richard Scott (Leo); her sisters, Brittany, Braughanna Scott, Carly and Brooke Underwood; the father of her child Mike; and her siblings' children, Declan, Mea and Colson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Gift of Life Foundation, 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
