He was predeceased by : his grandfather Domingo Romero. He is survived by : his mother Cynthia I. Romero; his stepfather Jose Berlanga; his father Juan Arroyo; his grandmother Myrtelina Perez; his siblings, Brenda Lee Arroyo, Lillian Arroyo of Puerto Rico, Juan Arroyo of Illinois, Janelys Arroyo (Jorge), Cynthia E. Arroyo, Luis Arroyo and Jesmaria Arroyo of New Jersey; and his uncles, Domingo, Luis, Pedro and Javier Romero. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
