He is survived by: his parents, Walter Johnson and Pearl Johnson (Tindall); his wife Patricia; his children, William Stender and Deborah Anne McKee; and his brothers, Walter Johnson and Bill Johnson. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations in Curtis' memory be made to the Blairstown Ambulance Corp.
