She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Troxell and Arvilla Troxell (Unangst); her husband Roy J. Thorpe; her son James; and her siblings, Willard Troxell and Beatrice Emrick.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy of Columbia, NJ and Roy (Susan) of Freemansburg, PA; her brother Donald Troxell of Harmony Township, NJ; her grandchildren, Jessi, Steven, Ashley, Cody and Sara; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Ashton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Devlin Funeral Home (695 Corliss Ave, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Montana Cemetery.
