He was predeceased by: his parent Frank C. Cook; and his niece Sondi. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Cook (Baldwin); his wife Becky; his children, Ryan Cook (Heather) of Blairstown, N. J., Tina Powers (Ernie) of Wilson, N. C. and Melissa Callahan (Justin) of Quinton, V. A.; his grandchildren, Tyler, Liam, Tierney, Cailin, Brady, Emery and Caleigh; and his siblings, Frank H. Cook (Sharon) of Blairstown, N. J. and Carol Cook of Northfield, V. T..
