Hoffmann Jr. (Blairstown, New Jersey), born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Alice (Vega); his children, Janetann De Jong (Edward), Lara Emanuele (Brian), Angela Sutton (Shawn) and Joey Consalvo; his grandson Landon Patrick Sutton; and his sister Janet Otto.
