He was predeceased by: his parent Verona; his wife Jean Wells O'Brien; his daughter Jeanne; his son-in-law William McEnroe; his granddaughter Jana Rae Tucci; and his brother George Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Noreen Santuoso (Martin), Kathleen Leonardelli (Paul), Virginia Coffey (Dennis), Colleen McNamara (Paul) and Raymond E. O'Brien (Sandy); his sister Elizabeth O'Brien Prager; his grandchildren, Robert (Rita), Timothy Carlson, Owen (Jamie), Margaret Kelly McEnroe, Erin Vasold (Matthew), Patrick McNamara, Kaitlyn, Raymond J. and Joy O'Brien; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Jocelyn, Keira Jean and Will.
