Though Antonina may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Antonina touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vito J. Zambri. She is survived by: her children, Alicia A. Zambri and Vito P. Zambri; her siblings, Kathy Monacelli (Leonardo), Maurice Leonardo and Lonnie Leonardo; and also, Gus (Theresa Tortorete) and Frank (Carmella Leonardo).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Halpin-Bitecola-Brookdale Funeral & Cremation Services (1284 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (60 Byrd Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glendale Cemetery (28 Hoover Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project and/or the Alzheimer's Association.
