She was predeceased by: her parent Angelina Bongiovanni (Ponzio); and her grandson Leonard Favata Jr.. She is survived by: her parent John Bongiovanni; her husband Andrew; her children, Louise Ruffo (Peter), Andrea Malone (Robert), Leonard Favata (Michele), Andrew Favata (Maria) and Victoria Moran (Chris); her grandchildren, Christina Yurkosky (Steven), Stephanie Ruffo, Deanna Favata, Nicholas Favata, Alexa Malone, Alyssa Favata and Andrew Favata; and her great grandchildren, Angelina Yurkosky and Luke Yurkosky.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the National Shrine of St. Gerard, St. Lucy's Church, 118 7th Ave. Newark, N.J. 07104.
