She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Denelsbeck and Jeanette Denelsbeck; her husband Michael A. Horner; her daughter Michelle Dudas; and her sisters, Linda Longo and Brenda Funk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Smith (Scott) and Mary Horner (Scott Brockway); her grandchildren, Brian Smith, Kyle Smith, Jacob Smith, Anthony Dudas, Justin Ingling and Kaitlyn Ingling; her siblings, Patricia A. Sweeney and Michael J. Sr.; her sister-in-law Kelly Denelsbeck; and her nephew Michael J. Denelsbeck Jr.. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
