He is survived by: his wife Ellen Shannon; his children, Robert Cook (Lizzie Braff) and Christine Cook (Timm Chartier); his siblings, Carmen Cook (Kathy) and Barbara Aldrich (Steve); and his granddaughter Luella Grace Cook Chartier. He is also survived by his extended family and by friends.
