He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael DeSantis and Joann DeSantis. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Zaremba; his son-in-law Matthew Zaremba; his son Dennis M. DeSantis Jr.; his grandchildren, Sophia and Jack Zaremba; and his siblings, Marylou Dilks and Michael "Mickey" DeSantis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
At the family's request in lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to the funeral home to offset the funeral costs.
