He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Robert L. Otway (Susan) of Carlisle and Barbara O. Rose of Carlisle; his grandsons, Rob Rose (Mei) of Dalian, China and James Rose of Carlisle; his great grandchild Reagan Rose; his brother George Robert Otway; and also Jennifer.
