He is survived by : his wife Sherri; his daughter Madison (Adam Hillman); his sister Mary Courtney; his in-laws, Mary, James Burzachiello, Kimberly and William Carothers; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Ryan Courtney, Samantha and Jessica Carothers. He is also survived by cousins, relatives and good friends.
