He was predeceased by : his parents, William R Sr. Moore and Lillian Moore; and his sister Sylvia Jackson. He is survived by : his wife Luz Moore (Margo); his daughter Cynthia; his son-in-law Jeff Rosenblatt of Mechanicsville, MD; his grandchildren, William R. Moore III of Bordentown, Frank C. Moore of Bordentown, James S. Moore of Groton, MA., Justin, Tyler, William IV, Chloe Moore, Jonathan and Cameryn Rosenblatt; and his great grandchild Elija Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
