She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Nester and Karolina Nester; and her husband Bronislaw Fornal. She is survived by: her children, John K. Fornal (Lisa) of Independence Twp and Barbara Ventriglia (Tom) of North Plainfield; and her grandchildren, Abigail, Lauren and Anthony.
