She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Sansone and Theresa Sansone; her husband Andrew Welter; her daughter Ellen Welter; and her sisters, Marie Cox and Madeline Applegate.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary (Bart Hauser), Betsy (Tom Rittenbach) and Anne (Jim Outwater); her grandchildren, Christy Petrocelli, Alicia Castrogiovanni, Maria Welter, Andrew Rittenbach, Lauren Rittenbach, Allison Minenna and Cynthia Rittenbach; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Anthony Welter, Ada, Ivy Rittenbach and Libby Castellaneta.
