He was predeceased by: his father John V. Ferrari; and his brother Johnny Ferrari. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline M. "Jackie" Ferrari (Castle); his children, Alexander J. (Nicole Ferrari), Danielle Nicole Ferrari (Justin Leonard) and Drew Ferrari; his brothers, Randy Ferrari (Susan) and Bernard Ferrari (Jillian); and his granddaughter Sofia M. Ferrari (Gianna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
