He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mitchell and RoseMarie Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Keith of Branchburg, NJ, Phillip of Madison Twp and Karen (Kevin) of Lake Ariel; his grandchildren, Emily, Patrik, Colin and Timothy; and his siblings, James (Darlene) of Whitehours, NJ, Raymond of Scranton, Wayne (Cathy) of Scranton, Karen (Michael) of London, KY and Barbara (Roger) of Halifax. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
