He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Zappa and Joseph Zappa. He is survived by: his wife Palma "Pam" Cozza Zappa; his sons, Mark (Johanna Zappa) and Eric (Jennie Zappa); his brothers, Vito Zappa, Joseph Zappa and Robert Zappa; and his grandchildren, Eddie, Sam, Dori and Victoria.
