She is survived by : her husband Daniel Osworth; her sons, Evan Osworth and Cole Osworth; her parents, Peter Thomson and Carol Thomson; and her sisters, Heather (Matthew Saum), Jessica (Wes Szafran) and Karen (Paul Spicer). She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
