He was predeceased by: his parents, Petronilla Agosto and Sixto Perez. He is survived by: his wife Olga Caraballo Perez; his children, Junior (Christine) and Rosemary Ocasio; and his siblings, Johny Perez, Sara Berrios and Gloria Beltran. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
