It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John H. Carter of Branchville, New Jersey, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Carter and Joan Carter; and his brother Jeffrey Carter. He is survived by : his wife Debbie; his children, John H. Carter II and Kristen Carter (Shane Hine); his siblings, James, Joel Carter and Jocelyn (Anthony Senatore); his mother-in-law Dolores Peragino; his sister Lisa; and his brother-in-law Michael Wolanski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
