She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Forni; her children, David Forni and Michelle Sheats (Luis Kingsbury); her grandchildren, Gregory, Anna (Jon), Bekah, Timothy (Kathryn), Benjaman and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Arya, Kahlan, Lilly and Everleigh.
