He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morgan and Martha Morgan; and his siblings, Edsel, Alfred, Melvin, Norman, Leonard, Marva and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Isabel Morgan (Jones) of Brielle; his sons, Tarrin Morgan, Sr. (Willianna) of Neptune, Eugene Morgan (Karen) of Long Branch and Derek Morgan of Brielle; his siblings, William Morgan of Brielle and WillaMae Ficklin; his grandchildren, Douglas (Maggie), Lyndsey (Brittany), Chris, Tarrin II, Julian, Sean (Charity Jordan) and Xavier; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Luke, Michael, Brayden and Marcus.
