He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Barrett Belding; his granddaughter Danielle; and his sister Julia Keyes. He is survived by: his children, Edward (Florence Belding), Jay (Barbara Belding), Douglas (Cara Belding), Timothy Belding, Susan Belding (Paul Mathews) and Jennifer (Joseph McGuire); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan, Katherine, James, Julia and Jack. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
