He was predeceased by: his husband Joseph. He is survived by: his children, Mark Woszczak (Donna), Lynn Bishop (Gary), Jeffrey Woszczak and Claudia Frazier (Richard); his grandchildren, Danielle (Phil), Blaine Bradford (Natalie), Alina (Michael), Leann (Brian), Michael, Christopher, Joshua, Emily, Olivia, Bryan, Robbie and Trent; Felicia Ugwuanyi. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
