She was predeceased by: her father William F. Patton; and her husband Daniel Sullivan. She is survived by: her mother Rita A. Patton (Brau); her son Ryan Sullivan; her stepchildren, Daniel Sullivan (Maria Dolan), Kelly Jaggers (Jason) and Lauren Cruz; and her sisters, Mimi Bauer (Cam), Jennifer DeBellis and Kelly Gambino (Michael). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Lisa's memory to National Emphysema Foundation 128 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851.
