He was predeceased by: his father Edward M. Mackintosh, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Mackintosh; his siblings, Karen and Scott; and his siblings' children, Kaitlin, Tyler, Jada, Cheyenne, Anesa and Brittany. He is also survived by his dad, uncles, cousins and friends.
