With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria James in Burlington, New Jersey, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on September 19, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul James; her son Delbert Hoover; and her siblings, Malcomia Brown, Barbara Howard, Joanne Hoover and Curtis Hoover.
She is survived by: her daughter India Scott (Vondell); and her brothers, Michael Hoover (Mary), David Hoover and Charles Hoover (Martha). She is also survived by three grandchildren.
