He was predeceased by : his parents, Hollis Card and Esther Card (Pettenger); and his son-in-law Kenneth Miller. He is survived by : his daughters, Paula Miller, Mary Gemeinhardt, Katherine McLean (Matthew) and Katie Card (Gregory Barnett); and his siblings, Janet Sanclemente and Jasper Card. He is also survived by grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
