She is survived by: her husband Rafael Perez; her children, Rafael Perez, Jr. (Lizzie), Reynaldo Perez and Miriam Perez-Martin (Phillip); her siblings, Luz, Maria, Epifania, Fernando, Martin and Carmin; her grandchildren, Rey Perez II, Gabrielle Perez, Jesse Perez, Alexia Perez, Letizia Arroyo, Alec Perez and Nicholas Perez; and her great grandchildren, Rey Perez III, Anna Perez, Aiya Perez, Jayden Dugall and Katorah Perez.
