She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rosa Lee Porcher James and Rev. Dozier Thomas James, Sr.; her sons, Reggie and Reginald Ramsey; her husband William L. Ramsey; her son William T. Ramsey; her siblings, Mary L. James Isbell, Henrietta James Peeples (Edward), Rosa Lee James Graulau, Lillie B. James, Daisy James Echols (Isaiah), Rev. Franklin D. James (Sheila) and Ernest B. James (Michelle); her siblings-in-law, Kevin Ramsey (Melissa), Susan James, Patricia Wimbley and Michelle Ramsey; and her sister Queen Berry. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
