Ortiz; his children, Mary Lou Perry, Delia Reed, Marie Ortiz, Louis Ortiz and Johnathan Ortiz; his grandchildren, Heather Wolf, Grace Eckstrom, Christine Perry, Jessica Boulger, Brittany Meli, Joe Wawrzynski, Dominique Wawrzynski, Cory Reed, Cody Reed, Krysta Wilbank, Dillon Ortiz, Chole Ortiz, Zoe Ortiz, Paige Ortiz, Peyton, James Carr Jr. and Sierra Ortiz; and his great grandchildren, Parker Wolf, Lincoln Wolf, Eli Madden, Weston Eckstrom, Maddie Boulger, Ethan Boulger, Cia Meli and Antonia Meli.
